INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:
ROASTED BONELESS LEG OF LAMB ( approx. 4 LBS ) - rubbed with salt and tellicherry pepper & slow roasted over a bed of spring herbs
ROASTED ORGANIC RAINBOW CARROTS ( 2 LBS ) - with Mishmish No. 33 spice blend from La Boîte NYC (crystalized honey, saffron, and dried lemon)
CARCOFI ALLA ROMANA ( 1.5LBS ) - artichokes braised in white wine with oregano and red onion
MUSHY FAVA BEANS ( 1 QT ) - tender fava beans, or broad beans, cooked with garlic and mushed with Sicilian Olive Oil and mint
